Nancy Zdunkewicz is a pollster and founder of Z to A Research, the first 100% millennial woman-owned polling firm. Z to A Research combines a tech-forward approach to public opinion research with the service experience of legacy firms. Nancy is an American Association of Political Consultants "40 under 40" honoree, and her polling for CNBC was the most accurate public polling in the battleground states in 2020. Before launching her practice, Nancy ran the political polling team, launched a qualitative practice, and pioneered new online methodologies at polling start-up Change Research. She has also acted as the DCCC's Director of Polling & Modeling.
