Laura Hernandez Holmes
Laura Hernandez Holmes is a campaign manager with a strong background in fundraising. She’s a native Texan who grew up in El Paso but moved to Austin for college and like many, built a life in Austin after graduation. Laura’s experience represents seventeen years in the campaign, government and philanthropic sectors. She works with candidates, elected officials and organizations to build and execute their strategy on finance, community engagement, policy initiatives, winning electoral campaigns and more.
Laura served as the campaign manager for Greg Casar’s successful run for Congress.
In 2019, Laura served as the Texas Finance Director for the Beto O’Rourke presidential campaign. She served as the deputy campaign manager for both of Mayor Steve Adler’s campaigns and worked in his first administration on community engagement and policy initiatives such as ending veteran homelessness in Austin. In 2020 Laura served as a Senior Advisor to the Texas House Democratic Campaign Committee where she is worked to defend Democratic seats across the state for house Democrats.
Laura has managed operations and raised funds for several bond and referendum campaigns in Central Texas including the 2022 Austin Community College master plan bond, the 2020 City of Austin rail referendum, the 2017 $1B AISD bond campaign and the 2016 $720M mobility bond.
Laura graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in political communication studies.

Jennifer Naedler
Jennifer Naedler founded her political fundraising and consulting firm in 2000. Her firm offers a full-range of fundraising, consulting, and compliance services to candidates and organizations who strive to raise funds in the great state of Texas.
Prior to 2000, Jennifer served in the official offices of Congressman Bill Archer, U.S. Senator Phil Gramm, and Congressman Henry Bonilla and worked in private fundraising. She is a graduate of Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas.
