Tyler Norris is a campaign and public affairs consultant from Austin Texas. Originally from New England, Tyler grew up in over a dozen places around the country. Since moving to Austin in 2007 to attend the University of Texas, he has worked over 8 regular and numerous special sessions at the Texas Capitol in both the House and Senate, and as a lobbyist. When not at the Capitol, Tyler has been on the campaign team for dozens of candidates from the local to presidential level, including coordinating successful Iowa Caucus, Super Tuesday, and delegate operations in 2016. Tyler is a Longhorn football fan, volunteer instructor during most summers with the Annette Strauss Institute, and partner in several Austin eating and drinking establishments
Ryan Micik is a political research and communications consultant based in Oakland, California who has assisted in public affairs, political, government, and advocacy campaigns nationwide. His clients have included dozens of candidates and officeholders, businesses, labor unions, nonprofits, advocacy groups, and the FBI. He previously served as research director for the Maryland Democratic Party, former Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley, and the National Labor Table. In 2020, his research won a client national recognition for Best use of Opposition Research from the American Association of Political Consultants. He also serves as chair of the Oakland Public Ethics Commission, which works to ensure fairness, openness, honesty, and integrity in city government.
