Celebrating The Patman Center!
The Patman Center's annual Leadership Symposium brings friends, students, and former speakers together to celebrate the year's accomplishments, build fellowship and offer networking opportunities to our students, and hear from real-world civic leaders about public service, civic engagement, and policy. We welcome our Patman Scholars at the event, as well as our Advisory Committee, and Research Award recipients.
After a networking reception attendees were invited to dinner and a fireside chat with bipartisan speakers about civic leadership. In Fall 2024, our speakers were former United States Trade Representative and Dallas Mayor Ron Kirk (D) and former U.S. Representative Mimi Walters (R-California).
